Midlands A-frame lagoon with small timber cabins and a snack bar

The Midlands, United Kingdom

Build the wave first.

One A-frame. Left and right. Four plungers. A line of little cabins — not a clubhouse that takes twenty years to pay back.

We are the tech.

Surf X is not paying a third-party wave house to rent their name. The plant is the point. A compact inland lagoon should cost a fraction of a coastal destination park. That is the only way this gets built more than once.

Four plungers. One A-frame reef. A left and a right. Beginner, intermediate and advanced on the same water. A second bay is a later site. This page is the single slice.

Same compact lagoon type: one basin, beach, parking, plant at the head
Simple cedar A-frame cabin with loft

Cabins you can pay back.

Overlook-style triangle: loft, four to six people, cedar, two chairs on a deck. About £7–9k on the ground. Thirty to forty in the trees. The small barrel pod is a second shape if we want it. The big lodge is not this raise.

A pint and something on the grill at the shack. Surf nights a couple of hundred pounds. Tuesday in March still has to make sense.

How a day is built

Ten session-hours as the working pattern. Two beginner, two intermediate, six advanced. About ten riders a side on the A-frame. English winter still exists. Heated water is a choice, not a promise on this page.

£28 / hour

Intermediate

£40 / hour

Advanced

£60 / hour

Peak late spring through early autumn. Shoulder either side. Deep winter is the honest gap.

What this raise is

One-sided lagoon first. Not a back-to-back pair, not a beach club with a moon. Capital is staged so the wave exists before the village does.

UK partnership conversations (including SEIS/EIS where they actually apply) happen off this page, with documents. This is not a public offer of shares.

Worked example — not a promise

A sold-out day at the rate card, ten an hour each side on intermediate and advanced hours plus twelve beginners, is high-four-figures to around £10k of tickets. Real days run at a fraction of that. Peak months help. January may not. Cabins and food only count when they are built.

If the wave is the point, write.
